“Buffalo Central Terminal Capital Improvements – Phase 2. Project to include interior renovation to a portion of the interior concourse and entry lobby finishes and MEP systems. Creation of a new exit stairwell, bathrooms, caterer kitchen and limited facade repairs. BUFFALO CENTRAL TERMINAL TO MAKE PRESENTATION BEFORE LAND USE PLANNING BOARDS FALL 2026. All separate required mechanical, electrical and plumbing permits must be applied for as needed per permit. A separate DPW permit is required for any work to be done on the City of Buffalo right-of-way.”
This is exciting news in the continuing efforts to restore the Central Terminal by the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation.
